R53 engineering, ALTRAN and QUIMERA awarded a Eurostars programme

R53 in partnership with Altran and Quimera have recently won support from the Eurostars programme for an innovative clean mobility R&D project with applications for commercial transportation.
In July 2014, R53 engineering, a UK based engineering solution provider for high performance engineering industries like motorsport, defence and niche automotive, received an award from the Eurostars programme and obtained additional funding to develop the MODBATEV project. The Eurostars programme is a joint programme between EUREKA and the European Commission and is specifically aimed at supporting research based SMEs. Only 70 projects were selected from 299 applications at European level.
The MODBATEV project is a consortium of 3 companies, Altran, Quimera and R53 engineering. Altran in an global leader in innovation and high tech engineering consulting with more than 10,000 employees. Quimera is an international company that provides its clients with sustainable solutions in the fields of energy and mobility.
